I have noticed that the Date/Time options under settings in SNOW home page is not allowing to save the changes. I would like to see the date and time along with how long ago the ticket is submitted in the ticket view.

 I have noticed that the Date/Time options under settings in SNOW home page is not allowing to save  the changes.  I would like to see the date and time along with how long ago the ticket is submitted or updated in the ticket view.

There is already a PRB for this issue. Hopefully it will be fixed in next patch.

Time Ago and Both options under System Settings - Date/Time in the instance cogwheel are not honored/doesn't persist for Date and DateTime fields when you refresh the list after first making the option change

The Date/Time selection of "Time Ago" or "Both" in the System Settings is not used when accessing a list view of records, nor when the list view is refreshed. The Calendar view is shown.

This behavior has been observed in Istanbul post IP10, Jakarta post JP6, and Kingston. It is working correctly in all families pre IP11, and Jakarta pre JP7.

The current known workaround is to:
1) Switch to UI15 (see: Switch between UI16 and UI15 for detailed steps at this URL:

2) Set the "Day/Time" option to "Time Ago" 
3) Switch back to UI16
