HI All,
I integrated MS teams and ServiceNow using Now virtual agent,
1) when I start the agent its shows me some dropdown options, I want to know and change from where I get Now virtual agent drop down options and also change as per my requirement, I attached image for reference.
2) When I select partner account request its redirecting to EP portal but I want it to redirect to SP portal. how can I do it. I attached image for reference.
Please give your inputs.
