I lost my app engine studio access in PDI

Hi everyone,

I am testing out my PDI, then I had to reset it because somehow I lost the admin access. I can't create user groups, when all I did was to create a catalogue in app engine studio.

Now, on my second try. I tried logging on my PDI and I can't access the app engine studio. So I reset it again.

May I know what I did wrong? Thank you!

@SSamonte

Unfortunately PDIs are not supported by ServiceNow and the only option is to clear cache or get another PDI.

If my response helped please mark it correct and close the thread so that it benefits future readers.

Hi @SSamonte ,

go to plugins and see if there is any update to the plugins

else check the below thread

see if snc_external role is allocated to admin user by mistake and remove it and assign assign snc_internal role

Hi @SSamonte

You can also log into developer.servicenow.com and check if AES is installed:

Hi everyone, thank you for all your response. I tried installing it and other plug ins as well, but the page itself went blank. I had no choice but to reset my PDI now and see if the error I encountered will reoccur.
