I'm baffled by something in Workflow Academy Shorts #07 - an unexplained Activity appears

The video Embedding Playbooks in Service Portal - Workflow Academy Shorts #07 shows the Incident Response Demo having an Identification stage with three Activities:

  1. Confirm contact details
  2. Gather more information
  3. Review existing incidents for caller

This playbook is from the Process Automation Experience Demo application in the Store.

But when they run the playbook from the Service Portal, the Identification stage shows an additional activity, Provide incident details, appearing before these three. Where does it come from? There is nothing under this name in sys_pd_activity or sys_pd_activity_definition.

Looks like this playbook somehow creates this activity context with a no-operation activity definition. It doesn't have a corresponding definition record so it does not show in the editor while the completed activity does in the playbook ui. It looks like a placeholder but not sure how it can be recreated

Had another look at this. That card is for the record generator shown after they view the diagram in the video. It's more obvious if you create the incident from the playbook. That activity is the record generator and it's of course completed if you start from an existing incident
