The task is to integrate alexa with my virtual agent so that i can raise request from alexa itself .but  the servicenow document has made me confused ,also there are no video resource to follow the steps.

Thanks Mark, but the attached document is of year 2018,hence its outdated .
if you have any document with newer versions, it may help
