I need to configure the standard ticket view from service portal view to employee center portal view

We are using employee center instead of service portal.

In employee center portal whenever we try to view the incident record which is opened from the virtual agent, it showing on sp standard ticket view. So, instead of that we need it in employee center portal view.

 

How can i achieve that!!

Hi @Shiva prasad t ,

That depends upon theme 

Navigate to the Portals - Open Service Portal and Employee Center and check there theme.

Update SP portal with Employee center theme as below :-

If i changed like that it will only change the theme not the complete portal view(see attached screenshots for reference-i need like that)

Hi @Shiva prasad t ,

In that case I think you will have to clone the widget and apply CSS manually 

Widgets :-

1) Standard Ticket Header

2) Standard Ticket Tab

and then apply this widget for employee center portal.
