Hi @rautavin083
Hey there! 👋
Just a heads-up: PDIs are self-service, so no official support is available since 2022
Hang in there, and happy building!
Noticed a lot of chatter about instances being offline lately—and guess what? You’re not alone in this! My PDI also decided to take a little unplanned “nap” recently. 😅
Here’s the deal: patience is your best buddy right now. These things usually sort themselves out. But if it is really urgent, no worries! You can release your current instance and spin up a shiny new one to keep things rolling.
🚀
If you found my response helpful, I would greatly appreciate it if you could mark it as "Accepted Solution" and "Helpful."
Your support not only benefits the community but also encourages me to continue assisting. Thank you so much!
Thanks and Regards

Hi @rautavin083
I've been using PDI without any issues since this morning, but I've noticed several posts in the community about PDI being offline. Here are some points to consider:
- There is no support available for PDI.
- If you can wait, let's wait a bit longer.
- You can release this instance and start a new one, but you will lose your previous data. To avoid losing update sets in the future, make sure to take regular backups of your PDI.
There have been 3-4 posts in the community today about PDI failures or unavailability. Based on the responses, you might need to wait 1-2 days and hopefully, the PDI will be back online.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.
Regards
