I've a defect where "Export Project Report status" and other options are not shown for some projects

I've a defect where "Export Project Report status" and other options are not shown for some projects.

While I was trying to export a project Report status by navigating to > Workspace > Project Workspace> select a project > and i'm trying to 'Export to status Report" Option is not been showing!

Can some on help why it is not showing to some Projects and I'm able to see it for some projects

Hello @Trupti Krishnam,

It looks like the “Export to Status Report” action is controlled by permissions on the pm_project table. In the Declarative Action definition, this action requires write access on the project record, and that access is typically tied to the it_project_manager role.

So, for projects where you don’t see the option, it’s likely that your user doesn’t have write access to that specific record. Once you have the proper access, the option should appear as expected.

@M Iftikhar i 'm able to see it for some project which has been created by the same user and i 'm not able to see for other project which is again created by the same user

@Ankur Bawiskar  only when state is Pending/open/work in progress I can see those options. But if the state is Closed complete/closed skipped/closed incomplete it is not showing those option . Can anyone help where to configure it please!
