Dear Expert
Please tell us.
I would like to access a ServiceNow instance from “Now Mobile”, which is a native app.
Please note that the following prerequisites are required.
Prerequisites
1. we would like to access via the following path.
Smartphone (Now Mobile) ⇒ VPN ⇒ SaaS authentication infrastructure ⇒ ServiceNow instance
2. IP restriction: VPN global IP is set.
■Question
Currently, when I specify an instance in Now Mobile, I get a 403 error.
I am looking for a solution.
We do not know if there is a missing setting on the VPN side or the ServiceNow side.
■Supplementation
By the way, we are able to access the ServiceNow instance via VPN on our permitted smartphone browsers.
instance via VPN on the smartphone browsers that are allowed by the company.
SaaS authentication is also working fine.
Please let me know if you have any knowledge that can give me some clues.
Best regards.

I am the one who asked the question.
It was just a lack of configuration on our own VPN side.
Sorry for the trouble.
