I want to add a widget to a page that I am using in CSM workspace

Hi All,

1.this is the page in CSM as show below;

2. under the tab Word Cloud i need to add a pa widget(word cloud claims as show below under Word Cloud

any suggestion please.

Let's try the iFrame component, then put the dashboard URL into the source and you can display your entire dashboard in the page.

Sample below.

Hi Tai,

i have tried this by giving the URL of the dashboard in the source but am seeing the complete dashboard page as shown below:

but i need to see only the count number data like this as example below instead of complete page

So to make a similar widget to your Available Agents, let's use the Data Visualization component with type Single score.

Then you can define the data source in the right-hand side panel.
