I want to add the work notes check box under my additional comments.

Hi Team 

I have additional comments on my custom table. I want to add the worknotes check box under the additional comments. When click on that worknotes check box it should change the worknotes.

@DINESH KUMAR16  Please follow the below steps, 

1. Access the custom table and create the below fields as "Journal Input" as type. 

2. Go to the table and click on "New". You will see the below fields on the form. 

Note: Add "Activities Formatter" from Form Design. 

3. Access the filter activity and select "Configure available fields"

4. Add the fields to "Selected" bucket and save.

Additional Comments :

1.Please click on the 'Show on the journal Field' & see Work Notes & Additional Comments.

2. Please select the 'Activities', Work notes, Additional Comments from the Form layout.

3. Select as per choice.

Hi @DINESH KUMAR16 ,

I tried your problem in my PDI and it wokrs for me, Please refer below step

1. Create UI Policies and add filter condition like - 

WorkNotes(your true/false field) is True

Reverse if false is checked true

2. Create UI Policy Action

Field name - WorkNote 

Visible True

Here's the result 

When is Work Notes is false 

When isworkNotes is true
