When detecting the existing request in portal, it should display the CIR in other than production readiness state.
I want to restrict the detection of requests in the Production Readiness state
When detecting existing Requests in the portal, the system should exclude any requests that are in the Production Readiness state.
The CIR process follows five states: Approval , Work , Cloud ,Provision ,Production Readiness
If a user submits a new request for a business application that already has an existing request in the Production Readiness state, the system should not detect or consider that existing request during validation or duplicate checks.
I want to apply filter Condition to restrict the Prod readiness state Requests not show or detect the a the time of request creation
