I want to created the process through workflow

Hi,

I have a catalog item is name : 'Cloud request' and i have added fields like category, subcategory, sort description and description.
1. I need to auto populate the values to sort description, description, Assignment group(group name is sysytem administrator) after submitting the catalog item request.

2.And also i need to get create catalog tasks after approval (Approvals are the requested for manager should get) is approved in the RITM table.

3.Once we close SCTASK it should auto close RITM and request froms.

I want to create this process through workflow or business rule.

Can anyone help on this. It will be usefull.

Hi @mania 

It is simple and easily do able via flow.

1. In Flow you can set values for description, description, Assignment group(group name is sysytem administrator) 

2. Add action for approval.

3. If approved the add action create Catalog Task

Where you stuck. Pick up any OOTB flow , you will get idea for same.
