I want to hide Knowledge Base and General Legal Requests from Portal.

I want to hide both these things from Portal. so that whenever someone will open this portal both of them will not visible to user.

To hide Knowledge Base and General Legal Requests from Service Portal, you can follow these steps:

1. Navigate to Service Portal Configuration: In the ServiceNow instance, type "Service Portal Configuration" in the left-hand filter navigator and select it.

2. Select the Portal where you want to make changes: In the Service Portal Configuration page, click on the "Portals" option. This will open a list of all available portals. Select the portal where you want to hide the Knowledge Base and General Legal Requests.

3. Edit the Menu Entries: In the portal record, scroll down to the "Menu Entries" related list. Here you will find all the menu entries that are displayed in the portal.

4. Find and Hide the Knowledge Base and General Legal Requests: Look for the entries for Knowledge Base and General Legal Requests. Open each record and uncheck the "Active" checkbox. This will hide these entries from the Service Portal.

5. Save Changes: After making the changes, don't forget to save the records.

 

Please note that these changes will only affect the selected portal and not the entire ServiceNow instance. If you want to hide these entries from all portals, you will need to repeat these steps for each portal.
