I want to modify and resubmit the order on portal, after the it got rejected by the approver.

We have a requirement, when if someone order an item using service portal and it got rejected by the Approver, then the requester can edit the same form from service portal to resubmit it for approval, instead of creating a new for the same.

However, as of now, when the requester has submitted the form and it got rejected by approver, it only show the request has been rejected.

I would like to develop a process like this using a catalog item as well as a flow designer, can anyone help me?

Hi @MiaoXinhua the best approach would be to add a new state to approval field like "more Information required" and approver can choose this state rather than rejecting or approver can use additional comments to request for more details, this would help you to follow correct process instead of approver rejecting and again resubmitting for approval
