Hi, I’m currently facing a technical issue with one of the requirements. The requirement is to populate specific fields from the Incident form onto the Change Request form when the 'Create Change Request' button is clicked from the Incident form in SOW. This might be related declarative actions under workspace.
For example:
From incident form, I want to pass assignment group, service, service offerings fields data to 'change form' for all types when I click on 'Create change request' from incident form.
I would appreciate any guidance or suggestions on how to achieve this functionality.
