Hi All,
When I open an activity record on portal then a form is opened and under that there are mutiple sections/tabs in which I have to show a message (added screenshot) . I am new to service portal so I am confused how to achieve this if I have to make changes in widget editor or UI policy/script for the backend table of the form in portal.
Actual requirement -
When activity is in Planning state and all the fields are filled-in (included Classification confirmed if applicable) then it is showed following message on TOP of Planning TAB:
"Planning Phase fields are completed. Please click "Ongoing Activity" button to change the status to Ongoing."
