I want to show multiple checkboxes in two different columns on particular catalog item.

Have you checked using container starts and ends?

Yes I tried using container start and end but it's not showing as expected, because there are nearly 20 checkboxes which needs to be separated equally in two different columns.

You also need to use container split for this.
