Hi Every One,
Please help with the below issue I am encountered.
I wanted to select CI from Configuration item field on incident list view but it is not showing any record. how can I display CI records for configuration item field for incident list view.

Hi dpv,
Firstly you need to click on the cogwheel button on the left side in the header of the list view to add the [Configuration item] field into the list view.
Then you can select CI via double click on the field.
If you can not see any item then there may be access issues to the cmdb_ci table.
You need to further check if any ACL blocks your user id from accessing this table.

As per your suggestion I was looking for Acl for Cmdb_ci table but there were no acls and also one more thing that after filtering incident list view and try to select ci for cmdb_ci field the records are not available. But before filtering, the ci records are available to select. Please suggest to over come the issue.
