Identify widget

We had a Service Portal created by external contractors a while back and now we have discovered that for users with the ITIL role, the approval widget is being displayed twice. 

How can I determine what widgets are being presented on the page so I can see what / how to turn off the second widget?

Hi,

Go to the specific page in the portal, and then ctrl+right click there is menu appear and select open in designer, in the designer mode you can find all the widgets in the page.

Open your portal page then press ctrl and right click together. Then from the menu open page in designer. there you will see all widgets in containers.
