Hi All,
There is an integration called IDN integration with ServiceNow, where we do Outbound REST message to IDN and do POST method. But for some of the RITMs, the integration isn't working even though the activity in the workflow is showing as finished calling the IDN integration. There is no request body in the logs as well.
Can someone please help how to find the root cause why the integration isn't working for some RITMs and data is not being sent.
