Hi Community,
If i select category is Brazil Non - SAP and Brazil Vistex DMP (Data Maintenance Pricing) in record producer and submit the new incident form in service portal, I won't auto assign this incident to Wella Brazil - Non SAP group, it will assign to ACN Service desk group.
For Auto Assignment i have written a script in record producer but still it will auto assign to ACN Service desk group.
Please check the screenshots and advise where is the mistake, I have given exact subcategory name in record producer script.
