Manager approved, if approved then group approval, if members of group approved, then create task, if members of the group rejected, still task creates.

Any idea or tips are greatly appreciated.

Just make rejection a terminal outcome and require resubmission. This is much simpler in terms of technical governance and process.

Service catalog is about standardised routine workflows, if the user didn't get it right then resubmit. If the manager approval is just a rubber stamp and doesnt need re-evaluation after the contents of the request change on the fly, then is it really needed in the first place?

Rather make it easy (and understandable why they need to) for the user to resubmit especially if it is some monolithic form that they need to fill out.

It's a flow designer, issue is when approvers rejected, still task is created that I don't want.

I can see it is a flow, I meant workflow as in a repeatable pattern of activities in a process.

Sounds like the if for when approved is misconfigured. You'd need to share a screenshot of the step configurations, the more you show the better your chances of getting help.

However I do recall that you can't just use go back to go to a previous ask for approval like you have configured it. It will create the second group approval which will just instantly evaluate the approval as being cancelled . You can confirm this yourself but I'm fairly certain.
