Image in the email is not visible in activity log

Hi,
when image attached in the email, it is visible as broken image in the activities of the ticket for ITIL USER. when we check the same ticket's activities as ADMIN image in the email is visible perfectly. is there any ACL behind it in servienow?

@SM123 You need to check ACLs on the sys_attachment table using Access Analyser.Using this Application you can track which read ACL on sys_attachment table is failing for your ITIL User.

Hi @SM123
ACLs for the sys_attachment and sys_attachment_doc tables are set correctly. ITIL users should have read access to these tables.
