Hi All / @Ankur Bawiskar ,
We have one issue in here images are not showing through received email in ServiceNow. Its looks like below attachment only through email & HR case itself. Why its happening & how can we resolve for work around or permanent fix?

Did you check how the images are added in email body?
Is it via attachment or image library?
Also how does it look when you preview the email notification for some record?

Its seems like screenshot attached in email body. once preview email its look like that i have attached in image.
Its via attachment.

Hello @Ankur Bawiskar ,
Yes its broking email logs as well. Due to screenshots & broking from email body not able to see from Attachment table itself.
What should we require such issue for fixing ? What can we reply to customer for that ??
