Image Size for Employee Center Rich Content Images

What are the recommendations/suggestions for sizing the rich content images on employee center? We need the images to remain consistently sized. We are delegating content managers and need to provide guidelines. I've reviewed the SN documentation but did not locate the sizing guidelines.

You are correct, in the mentioned doc, it doesn't talks about sizes for Rich Content . However, you can use the following sizes for the banner and icons for optimal portal performance.

Tip: The updated recommendations for image sizes are available on the widget Instance Options.
Home page 1440 x 400px
Height is 400px and width is responsive. For desktop: 1440px width viewport, 1440 x 400px
Note: For troubleshooting the background banner image for employee center in mobile view, see KB1280740 and other related KBs.
Topic page 1258 x 300px

Height is 300px and width is responsive. For desktop: 1440px with viewport, 1258 x 300px
Icons Topic icon: 56 x 56px
Note: The Background image and the Icon fields show the required specifications of the respective image sizes when you hover over the field labels.
