Hi,
If it is to be moved from one instance to other ideal will be to get an XML export-import done.

Its only the stories that you want to import or related-lists for each story as well?
If only stories you can apply filter & do an XML export from list view & import the same.
For Related list as well you can follow the same approach.

I don't see the xml export from the related list. Can you send a screenshot?
