Import Set ISETxxxxx transform stopped due to error: java.lang.NullPointerException

Having issues testing a JDBC data source, the transform will occasionally stop at an increment of 10k records (usually stops around 50k, have seen it go up to 160k) with the error:

Can't find much about this error anywhere, does anyone have suggestions how to go forward?
