Import Template Showing Extra/Missing Fields

Hi ,

I configured the List Layout to include only the required fields. However, when I use the Import / Download Template (Excel) option, I’m seeing unexpected behavior:

  • The downloaded template includes many extra fields that are not part of the configured list layout
  • Some fields that are present in the list layout are missing in the template

 

 this is my list view

when i click on  easy import "Create Excel template"

in excel file i can see fields mismatched

It looks like a cache issue. Try clearing the cache and then try again. The template should actually contain all fields.

Hi @Tejas Adhalrao 

 

If you want to download list layout data , it should be Export . 

Could you please help me to understand why you have mentioned import.
