Import Update Set from XML not working

I am attempting to import an update set from an XML file.

Steps:

Update Sets > Retrieved Update Sets > Import Update Set from XML > Browse local file > Press Upload

The Upload button does nothing, it directs back to the Retrieved Update Sets page but there are no new update sets retrieved. I stored by date and searched by name and the update set did not load.

Note the XML Update Sets were created in Eureka and we are now running Fuji. Would that be related to the issue? How can I import this XML update set?

Make sure you have 'security_admin' role and have 'Elevated your privileges'

Hello, Yes I have full admin rights. I also tried elevating privileges with the High Security Settings. I followed all of the steps in the article. I have done this before a few months back when the system was on Eureka, now it is not working on Fuji. I am wondering if that is the cause of the issue somehow. Thanks for the help!

Turned out it actually was working but it wasn't immediately visible in the list. I just had to refresh the list and do a search on the name of the update set and found it after the import.
