In Case Knowledge article is attached but its not attached to knowledge gap raised to same case

Hello 

 

In OOB Case table in workspace view we have 2 related list Attached Knowledge and Knowledge Gap 

But when a case has knowledge article attached to it, and we create Knowledge Gap, that knowledge article is not getting attached to knowledge gap(KFT). Why it is so?
