in email logs target is getting different than inbound action exists.

Hi Team,

Can anyone help me please.

when user replied to the email, I have an inbound action under workforce admin table in hr module, but target is creating under hr case table in email logs.

what could be the issues let me know please

there are no processed emails. But type is getting as received.

Hi Vinya,

You can navigate to the mail logs of the received mail and scroll to the bottom and look for the processed inbound action. You might need to modify the condition for the inbound mail action accordingly.
