In email template body, short description and description should visible only for some country

In email template body, short description and description fields should invisible only for some country people, but this is email layout and part of 90 notifications but i need to make the fields invisible in 6 notifications only, How to achieve this please suggest

move the logic to email script and there you can determine based on your logic whether to show/hide those fields
