In HR agent workspace need to hide Export button

Export button need to visible only for the ER admin and for ABC assignment group. How to achive this can anyone help on this?

Resolution

Use the field Required roles in the advanced tab of the Declarative Action Assignment (sys_declarative_action_assignment) settings to control which roles can access the Export action.

If the Required roles field is not available, add it to the form and insert the role you want to allow access.

Alternatively, you may use a script in the conditions field to control which role is needed.
