Hello Team,
Today I have just checked in the MIM PIR Report and found "Download PDF Report" button is missing
What can be the root cause?

I tried the same in my PDI with the MIM rule:
-
Ensure the incident is resolved.
-
Go to the PIR tab.
-
View the complete PIR report.
-
Then check.
Also, I’ve noticed that over the past few days, you’ve been adding more questions about MIM and encountering issues only with the out-of-the-box (OOTB) method. I think there might be a restriction in your instance that's causing the issues. It would be better to log a support case. It looks like there could be a patch issue or the MIM plugin hasn't been updated properly.

You are correct there are some issue with my Instance,
I have raised a Case now.

Yes, mate, log a case. You might need to reinstall the MIM plugin, as the repair option isn’t working. Keep us posted
