Hi,
This is the OOB Behavior.
Since you have the column already on the filter, it will not show up on the related list, unfortunately, You can't change this behavior.
When you right click on the filter and click open in new window, it will show you that column.
You can see this KB from ServiceNow for the same -> Column not showing up in related list view - Support and Troubleshooting (servicenow.com)

Hi @Anurag Tripathi
Thanks for your response, I also thought this is an OOB behavior. Is there anything mentioned in the product documentation about this? can you please tell me if there is anything I would like to know more about.
