Hi Team, would it be possible to make Resource Allocations within a Resource Plan visible to the logged in user (the logged in user could see his/her Resource Allocations). I think now these are only visible to the Project Manager and users on the watch list of a project?
Can you please tell me under what conditions resource allocations visible in resource plan and provide all the oob working functionality?

Hello @Captain Gaming
No, that's the reason I told to keep the "Decision Type" field in the "ACL" as - "Allow IF" this will just analyze the conditions and roles and tables that you have given and grant access, it will not restrict any other ACL working in the table.
It's addition to existing ones. I hope this answers your queries.

Hello @Captain Gaming
There should be role that is granting access to these resources allocations. You can grant them this role, or you can create q custom role which grants read access to resource allocations with the data condition as resource is dynamic me.
Kindly mark my answer as helpful and accept solution if it helped you in anyway. This will help me be recognized for the efforts and also move this questions from unsolved to solved bucket.

Hi @Shivalika
Thank you for your response. Adding the role is not possible. Can you suggest me in the way of creating ACL and in these we can give role with default role timecard user.
Main thing here is only the logged in user could see his/her Resource Allocations.

Hello @Captain Gaming
Yes , create a read ACL - type - Allow IF on resource plan (whatever table you have)
Add the role timecard user - as you required
In the data conditions in the ACL - give the filter
Resource "is dynamic" ME - as answered by me in previous post as well..

Hi @Shivalika
One doubt, we are creating ACL to read logged in user to see resource allocations in resource plan, but my question is whether it will impact on existing ACL which allow to read resource allocations?
