Hi All,
In service now can we create a single visual task board for multiple tables, like can we a create in one VTB it should contain incidents, service requests, enhancements and project tasks that are assigned to one assignment group separated with type of task swim lanes.
Thanks.

Hi
this is only possible in a specific situation.
If you want to query multiple tables, they have to all share the same parent and the parent table has to be queried. This parent table would need a field that would help determine what child table a record is located in.
You can also create a Freeform Board and manually add the tasks to the board.
Mark my answer correct & Helpful, if Applicable.
Thanks,
Sandeep

Hi
yes this is possible. Go to table "task" and filter for the required "Assignment Group" and the task types you need. Then click in one of the table header menus and select "Show Visual Task Board":
Then configure the VTB accordingly to fit your needs (swiwlanes, columns, etc)
Kind regards
Maik

Hi Maik,
Thanks for the reply, i have tried as you suggested but when i try to use swim lane field on Task type (to differentiate the tasks i selected like incident RITM and catalog task) it is showing all the tasks of about 150+ tasks seperated by swimlanes which causes my Snow instance unresponsive.
Can you please suggest how to make only the selected tasks shouls only visible in board seperated by swimlanes of task type.
Please help on this.
Warm Regards,
Bhanu.
