In ServiceNow operational Workspace Assigned to filed is read-only at all stages

Hi Team,

 

I am having the issue with assigned to field in SOW and cant able to edit it any state in the SOW. could you please help me on this. I have checked all the seniors.

Things to check

1) field level WRITE ACL is blocking

2) any client script or UI policy is making it read-only

3) somebody did dictionary override for incident table and made that field readonly
