In ServiceNow Project Workspace, you can’t bulk-edit project task fields directly inside the workspace interface, but you can still update the status field for multiple tasks by switching to the standard list view. To do this, open your project in Project Workspace, then switch to the list or platform view using the “Open in Platform View” or grid/list icon if available. Once you’re in the list view that shows all project tasks, select the tasks you want to update using the checkboxes beside each record. After selecting them, right-click the column header for the Status field and choose “Bulk Update” or “Update Selected.” From there, set the new status and save your changes. If you need to update a large filtered set of tasks, you can also apply a filter, use “Show Matching,” and then select “Update All” to apply the new status to every matching task.
