In the ServiceNow how to bulk edit the 'status' field for the project task on the project workspace view?

Hi @Nigonda ,

You can check below screenshot for bulk edit 

Select record that you want to edit and click on edit button at the top it is OOTB

If you’re not getting the option, try repairing or updating the Project Workspace plugin.
