In the ServicePortal View there is My Tickets menu on the upper bar. But it is visible only if a user has any open/resolved tickets. Once all tickets are closed that menu disappears and the user cannot see his/her historical tickets. Can we change a

Hi Ram,
Happy to help you with this. If "My Tickets" is on the upper bar, it's most likely configured in the Main Menu Items.
1) Navigate to "Portals" in the Filter Navigator
2) Select your Portal
3) Open the Main Menu record
4) In the related list "Menu Items" at the bottom of the page, there should be "My Tickets". Take a look at the condition line, is there a condition there that is stopping it from showing when there are zero tickets?
If not, we'll have to take a look at the Header widget. Let me know first if you can fix it through the Condition line.
