In variable set variable type(Rich text label , label) are not working please help me to showcase

hello Everyone, I have a requirement that is I have created a variable set in the catalog item and that variable type is multi row and in that variable set I have 8 variables in those variables I am sending a message show help through annotation to one of the five variables What my client asked is to remove the show help message for those five variables and they want a single text message for all the five variables so for that I am trying  testing which are available variable types( Rich text label, label) in the item but those are not working in multi row variable set. Iam attaching a screenshots what I have tried. please can anyone help me on this.

For me it worked as a text message on the multirow variable set form but it looks like this in the multirow variable set list view I have added a screen shot. Is there any other way can I achieve this so that it doesn't disturb in the list view but on the form it appears as a text message. I have added a screenshot like this.
