Inbound action

Hi Guys,

i have requirement where -  

if the email get received with the dl test@test.com

when the email comes -

catalog item will get submit.
and then request will generate.
RITM will generate

**if in email there is attachment it should get added to the RITM.  

 

can you please help new to new to inbound actions
