Hi All,
I have created inbound email flow and I can be able to see email get trigger in the ServiceNow(Email) but in the same flow I have added one more action called Create Record(Incident record).
Requirement: Once the email trigger in the ServiceNow need to create an Incident record automatically.
Tried with this approach as well:
https://www.servicenow.com/community/developer-forum/inbound-email-action-not-getting-triggered-beca... But not working as expected.
Thanks in advance,
Vinuth

Hi @vinuth v ,
I have tested the similar kind of requirement in my PDI and it's working fine, make sure the email received in your PDI and check the flow condition. here is my flow screenshot-
If you found my response helpful, please mark it as helpful and accept it as the solution.
Thank you

Hi @Ankur Bawiskar and @Nawal Singh
Thank you for response,
Note: Working as expected when testing manually (using flow Test option) but not creating record automatically when email triggered. And I can see triggered mail in ServiceNow but issue with Record creation.
Thanks,
Vinuth

Hi @vinuth v
Are you trying this in PDI or Dev instance? In PDI, emails are restricted, so inbound/outbound emails won’t work. In a Dev instance, you need to check if any email configuration exists. Generally, Dev instances don’t have an active email account, so this is expected.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.
