Inbound Email to generate RITM and Catalog Task and  add Parsed Email variables into catalog Item Variables .Also requested for and Requested By are to be updated with requestor variables

 

I have developed the solution using Inbound Email ,Parse Email Flow Action and Submit Catalog Item Acton and Create Catalog Task Record Action.

 

But Parse Email Flow Action mostly pushes default value to variables and not dynamic ones. How to add Parsed Email variables into catalog Item Variables of RITM and Catalog Tasks?

In a flow you should be able to easily pass dynamic values. Have you tried the Data Pills? See below

share what you configured and screenshots

if you set values using "Submit Catalog Item Request" flow action for variables then those should get set.
