incident created we need to predict the incident task count and based on count create incident task

my requirement is when incident created we need to predict how many incident task should create based on previous or historial incidents and when we have count create that many incident task and mapped all the required incident task fields as well as predict thich assignment group should assigned to each task. how to fullfill this using predictive intelligence . customer dont want to create new tncident task count field on any table  and dont want hard coding and the solution should be scallable.

I don't think the entire use case can be completed using Predictive Intelligence (PI) alone, because PI can only provide some clues, such as classification, auto-assignment, and assignment groups. It cannot determine how many tasks need to be created.

To build this logic, you would need to combine Predictive Intelligence (PI) with AI. PI can use historical data, while AI can help determine the number of tasks and support the decision-making process.

I haven't worked on this specific use case, but I think it's definitely worth trying.
