Hi
How to filter the related search results in "Incident opened for me " notification based on the company field on the incident form.
How can we achieve it, Any body have idea.
I can see two conditions options in knowledge under resource configuration in incident deflection search.
I dont have any idea in which one I need to specify my condition and how?
