Incident handling with External Vendor email domains

I wanted to create New Incidents to Vendors (Any external emails) who are not part of my domain or existing users in Service now and would like to track all updates as part of response for the mail initiated from vendor as part of the Incident to help tracking all vendor-based incidents centralized. This Incident should not be only a reference Incident but should actually do the job of getting all updates from the external vendor on mail updated in the incident.
Is this something that is already available? Inbound actions help to create tickets when we receive mails from the external address to the support ID linked with service now by acknowledging them as guest users in Service now.
But is the vice versa possible? Create New Incident -> Assignee or Assignment group is not part of organization but external vendor. It is not necessary for them to have access to tickets from service now portal but need to receive mails which can be used to track the Incident's progress.

Looks vendor escalation of incident. You can create integration to send this incident details to vendor and receive updates via API or email.
