Incident number should be populated in assessment table field

Hello,

 

I have created a survey and used in email notification and this notification will trigger only for specific incidents. So now i am looking to populate incident number in assessment table in one of the field. This is a non-triggered survey, so trigger id wont work. Any alternative solution?

Hi Ankur,

Triggered conditions were not mentioned in the survey but we are using the survey link in email notification which picks incident from schedule job.

Hi ,

If the survey is not triggered with target record, how can you associate it with an Incident? Its not possible , the survey must have any association with the target record.

Hi Piyush,

Survey link is used in the email notification. Email notification will send to the caller of the incident which will get from scheduled job.
